Hey guys,

So my name is Michael, I’m 27 years old and I’m really concerned about either what I have done to myself in the past or maybe just what I’ve been given lol. I jerkoff to porn anywhere from once a night to every other day or every two days. Lately it’s been every day or so. I’m noticing I need more hardcore videos to get off. Shit Id never think of watching. Seeing hot girls just naked doesn’t really do much for me anymore.

I have a long distance girlfriend and when we have phone sex I need porn to get me going (granted she is shy so not much dirty talk). Sometimes I’ll get “hard” or engorged when she says something but not REALLY hard. It’s like maybe 50-70%. I edge every time I masturbate as well. Maybe for 10-30 mins. Rarely an hour if my gf wants me too. In the past I have tried PE. I used to jelq and do stretches. Not sure how long but on and off for maybe a couple weeks at a time. Not consistent. I would use the bathmate for about 20 minutes with an erection and it would definitely feel tight and like I’m being stretched.

ALMOST painful but not enough to stop. Taking it off, it would be swollen and darker colored but that quickly went away. I also would use an extender at times for 20-30 mins or so. My penis would get cold during stretching and in fear of damage, I stopped after a couple weeks. I guess I’m worried that it has shrunk my penis in terms of girth? It’s hard to get a perfect measurement because my erection goes down when measuring but last night I checked my girth and it was 4.25. Length is around 5.25-5.5 depending on erection quality. I notice I don’t get as hard as I want until I’m edging for a while.

Could my penis have shrunk due to errors in PE or am I just too addicted to porn for stimulation and even though I think I’m at my hardest, I’m really not? I mean I push my penis back to see if I’m at my hardest and it feels hard and only gets its hardest when edging, but I’m wondering if I would get thicker if I take a break from jerking off and porn. It feels like without edging a ton, I’m only at 70-90% erection quality. I’m just very upset and self conscious because I know women love girth. Length wise I’m average, but even with smaller hands my girth is small. I’m just worried PE won’t work or I’m worried I’ll do damage and shrink it.

I’m assuming I have to do no PMO for a while, but with a long distance girlfriend, it’s tough to not jerk off. If we have phone sex, I’m jerking off lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I do want to do PE. ANY advice you can give me would be amazing. I’m feeling so not confident right now. I’ve been going to the gym and I look great, but my penis is preventing me from really feeling great. Also I do smoke weed. It’s the thc oil using a vape pen.

What would you tell someone else in this situation?

Exercise. Eat clean, and follow beginners routine. Have confidence in yourself and in the guys here that have worked toward what you can also achieve.

Awesome, I’m already lifting and eating clean! I’m also curious, do you suggest that Jpeg 90 day beginning routine or the one on here?

I would suggest the one on here.

Also, if you have an iPhone, there is an app called stamina trainer. It is an exercise routine using kegels and reverse kegels. But definitely stop watching porn.

Awesome! Also what about my long distance girlfriend? I’m totally down to quit porn, but what about phone sex? Is it ok to masturbate with her but without the help of porn?

So little bit of an update, I got morning wood today and it was really hard so I measured girth again and it seems I’m actually at 4.25. This is really discouraging considering I have to quit porn for a while before jelqing.
