KittyCat: welcome. I’d be the first to endorse clamping, because I’ve made some really good girth gains with that technique.. However, and I’m sure most here will agree, clamping is an advanced technique that should only practiced by those who have slowly conditioned the tissues in the penis to take the punishment. There will be plenty of time for that later. For now start with the newbie routines and the good advise of the vets here. But most of all read. Read everything. Use the search engine the server is very user friendly and there is no question you can ask that hasn’t been asked and answered before.

That huge thing. Also, what I mean by clamping has nothing to do with weights. It’ spretty much plain restriction fo the bloodflow

Sure, check out the two threads in the Clamping Folder in my favorites. Be careful though, you should spend time conditioning your dick through use of regular jelqs for quite some time (a few months at least) before even trying to clamp.

Also, take a looks at the ULI folders in my favorites. Lots more info in there on the topic.

Clamping is safe if you are conditioned and very careful. Right now, I’d say you aren’t ready for clamping. I doubt if rubberbands provide the intensity that a full clamping routine would, and 2 weeks of jelqing is not enough to have properly conditioned your dick. Stick with jelqing for another 3 to 4 weeks before you attempt any clamping routine at all. Trust me on this, you don’t want to do too much too soon and risk an injury - especially with girth exercises which you’re are more likely to hurt yourself at than length-gaining techniques.

I see that you’ve already started reading and are working on becoming informed. That’s a very good thing. During your next 3 to 4 weeks of jelqing, keep on reading. Check out the threads in the ULI folders of my favorites (the button to get there is at the bottom of all my posts), and also be sure to read SWM’s Cable Clamp for girth Demo Thread.

Thanks a lot. I guess I should follow the schedule and take my PE break today. Especially with the way I do it. Maybe I can even take 2 days off.

No problem.

Yeah, a break would be a good thing, even if it’s just for a day. Personally, I never do PE on the weekends (which means 2 days off at a time) and it’s never caused any lack of gains.

Clamping is done around at 70 percent erection. You could find cable clamps at a good hardware store. I haven’t done them with clamps, though. I’ve used thick O-rings to get good engorgement and stay there (edging) for a while.
