I’m a new member here so I don’t know the first step to PE so could somebody help and for some reason I can’t view the videos of jelqing and things like that could somebody help me?

What web browser are you using? If it is Mozilla, Firefox, or Internet Explorer just right click on the movie file link and click the “Save target as…” menu item. Then when the save file dialog box pops up save it somewhere to your harddrive where you know… Could you please elaborate on what you are having problems with when downloading the movie file?

Oh when I click on it it takes a real long time to download then nothin comes up

I just joined also, there was a delay, I couldn’t see pictures or videos also, I waited one day and they were working, Someone said that your registration has to be approved before you can view.

Well you shouldn’t be doing any of them yet. Probably Uli’s and clamping. Just stick to jelqing for a while. A common belief here is that it’s harder to get length if you go for girth first, so mayber you should stick to length and then go for girth. Divide and conquer.

No prob, I am not a vet, but most of them would tell you that. Try to get to your girth goal without clamping.

I have one more question before I get started, exactly wat should I do before I began my PE, like a routine or something?
