New Need Help

Hi, I’m nearly 19. About 5’10”, 160lbs.but at 5.25” x 4.3” is definitely on the small side.

I think my doinky’s size when flaccid is smaller that what it should be, especially after sitting for a while.

This definitely affect my confidence in dealing with girls. I’m new to PE, what’s a good, reasonable goal for me? Perhaps 6.25”-6.5”? Any estimations on how long it may take?

What are some great ways to start out? And what should I watch out for? I noticed noobs get injured quite easily when they try too hard.

Thanks!

PS - I’m also doing some height increase. Has anyone grown in height after 18-19? Please provide me with some info.

Welcome to Thunders.

Everything you need to know is in the newbie routine, read it. Follow it. You will be fine.

How long will it take, good question, wish I had an answer. Everyone is different, some get quick gains, some take forever and some (gasp) don’t gain. As a rule of thumb, don’t expect changes overnight. Give it at least 3 months on the newbie routine, don’t grip to hard, and don’t use anything other than your two hands for that period of time. You have to condition your penis to the exercises so it knows the difference between PEing and masturbation.

You don’t want your penis to get icy cold while doing the exercises, you don’t want it going numb, and you don’t want it to turn black and fall off. Search the injury thread, read up on what not to do, and then read more in the newbie routine and in the newbie forum. There is good information here, all you have to do is have the patience to find it. Make the search button your friend, and if you really can’t find something, by all means ask.

Really? What is your method? I don’t want a height increase myself, but am curious to know how it’s possible.

Peter Shilton would hang from a rail to get taller. It worked. Or was it a growth spurt.

I am interested what you are doing to increase height. There are people who grow in their early twenties but it is rare.

I think more calcium consumption and playing basketball might help. Prove? I don’t have any.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Yea, generally just exercise (bball, volleyball, swimming, etc). Stretches, lots of calcium.

People grow differently, some people get into their second growth spurts in their 20s. Growth patterns are generally pretty high heritability.

If you are younger than 24 there is a possibility that DHT might “slightly” increase your height. Exogenous hormones can be expensive (in more ways than one).

Wear thick-soled shoes.

I’ve read that high calcium consumption speeds the hardening of the growth plates resulting in reduced growth. Obviously you need a certain level of calcium but supplementation might do more harm in this respect.

There is a medical technique that can be used to become taller. It is very expensive, very painful, and a very long process. Basically it involves breaking your femur bones and setting in a stretched position until healed. This has to be done multiple times and can take a couple years at most. I believe the most that can be expected is 3” in height. Another negative to this process is that it does not elongate your torso. That means if you are currently in proportion or already have a short torso, you will look like an ostrich.

A simpler way would be to stay in shape, use a back swing regularly, and practice good posture. One final thought is to wear clothes that fit. If you are 5’5”, 140lbs, don’t wear XL clothing. Bagginess makes you look squatty.

Gut Scramblin' goodness.

This method is called Limb Extension. I personally would never do it. It’s extremely painful, very expensive, and there’s a good chance you won’t be as active as you were. For a measly 3”! Bullsh*t!

I’m only doing height increase on the side. I’m not too dissatisfied with my height at 5’10 (178cm), but rather only want to hit the 180cm mark (I’m not dreaming about getting like 4 inches). My parents are 6’ and 5’7, and my father grew in his 20s. I have good reason to believe I may get a bit more height. If not, oh well.

I’ve heard about the calcium and growth plate thing. There’s no proof to it, people just say it. Besides, this growth plate being sealed or not doesn’t accurately predict whether you’re going to grow at all. My cousin went for an x-ray for a broken wrist at 17, his plates were said to be completely sealed. He still grew 2” at 20. All in the lower-body, as do all other growths after puberty. And I know plenty of guys who grew from 19-23.

I’m sure more guys grow into their 20s than we would know, but they just don’t take that opportunity. They have horrible lifestyles and sleep only after 4am. And as we know, sleep is essential to growth.

My verdict is, there’s a good to fair chance that you’ll grow if you try to, at this age. But generally don’t expect more than 1 or 2 inches.
