Hey guys,

I just need a bit of advice of my PE. I don’t really have a technical problem nor should I call it a problem. In fact, PE helped my erections 200 percent, and I feel like, this is a bit of my concern.

I feel so horny all the time. Sexual thoughts are plaguing my mind. Instead of adhering to my routine, I feel like, I 1have to release my bust. So, instead of doing some jelqs. It ends up with masturbation. And since doing PE, this urge comes very frequently. I really can’t focus on my routine. Does this mean. I have to increase my tension because my EQ is all over the place?

Stretching is fine since you don’t have to be in a state of erection, so after busting, stretching is very easy to do. But jelqing is a bit of problem to me.

Any tips for frequent jelqers out there?

Normally this kind of problem sorts itself out as you continue to jelq. But what are the associations in your mind? Do you see jelqing as akin to a workout or do you view it as a highly sexual thing? If you are using porn to maintain an erection, consider going without or using the same porn all the time, so that it’s boring.

I do not think it is the jelq itself. Now a days, I get random erections (probably because of the good penile blood flow from jelqing). Usually, I would just ignore and it will fade. However, now, I feel like, I just can’t get rid of my erections. It is just there.

On my first week, jelqing without porn was not a problem. Now, I feel like my brain is oversexualised due to my penis being erected most of the time. I would have to ejaculate to calm my dick out, and when I ejaculate, It just ruins my plan/routine to jelq So, I would just opt for stretching and hanging (very very light weight 1.25kg) just so I can PE.

So, you mean to say. It is more of a willpower to just focus myself on my jelqing? And no other tips that I could use to focus myself with PE?

I will try the one video porn. I mean I don’t actually need porn for stimulation. Mental stimulation is enough. Maybe, my brain is just good with fantasy stimulations? Lol

Well you can try poster size pictures of ugly women if it helps! ( the more you do your routine you will find that problem will go away)

Hahaha. Women who I don’t find attractive might not help since I may then get trouble getting it up!
