New routine, been going 4 months.

Hi all. I stared PE back in January. Didn’t make much as far as gains but I wasn’t too dedicated with it.

My starting stats were.

BPEL - 6.5in
EG - 4 7/8

Since then I am still at 6.5in length but gained a small amount of girth to hit a full 5in EG. One time it was 5 1/4 after a workout but I haven’t see that number again since. If I can hit 7x5.5 I think id be happy anymore than that will be gravy.

The routine was..

5min stretch, up down left right straight, 30 sec pulls.
Jelqing - about 10 min worth. Using the ok sign from the base forcing blood up the shaft till the top then clamping with the other hand. Rise repeat. About 2-3 seconds per stroke.

Doing this my EQ was better, harder more often.. But no real gains. I know it’s a marathon nothing is going to happen overnight.

I changed to pumping because it was more convenient for me. At 5hg it’s showing 6inch length in the tube. 8hg pulls it to 6.5in. I never keep it at the pressure it is too high from what I have read.

Pumping for about a month and I haven’t seen any gains. But I stopped stretching and jelqing..

As of the past 2 days I have tried this..

5 min stretching
200 jelqs
Then a 10min pump at 4-5hg

I noticed right away when I was pumped at the same hg I was showing 6 1/4 length instead of 6. I guess manually working out helps the pumping.

I am going to go 5 days on 2 days off with this. Hoping to see some permanent gains soon.

Any suggestions are welcome.

A better idea would be trying to be more consistent with just manual exercises, raising time and intensity slightly week after week. After 4 months you should be at about 10-15 minutes of manual stretches and 250 jelqs, with a 3 on - 1 off or even a 5 on - 2 off.

Adding things before giving a serious chance with old ones to work is not a good idea: let’s say you gain a bit adding pumping and doing a 5 on/2 off - what could have caused gains, pumping, higher frequence, both? You’ll not be able to say.

I totally agree with marinera. 10 minutes of jelqing is really light, that’s even less than the guy brand new to PE. If you’ve been at it for months, move up to 20 minutes, or 200-250 jelqs. I find that my expansion during jelqing isn’t even noticeable until after 10 minutes.


Jelq, ADS, repeat.

Final Goal: 8EL x 6.2

Must...think...long...term.
