Hello everyone.

I’ve been trying to read through everything before making a post, but all of the information has honestly been a bit overwhelming.

A bit about myself.

I am turning 40 in August of this year and a bit overweight - I weighed in at 284 pounds 3 months ago, and currently I’m sitting at 240 pounds now. I mention this because there is fat around my penis that probably affects what shows.

I currently do not have a tailors measure/ruler, but here is what I can measure so far (and forgive me if I get the terminology/abbreviations wrong): FL - 3”, BPFL - 4”, Stretched Flaccid Length 5.2”, BPFSL - 5.75”. While I do not have a tailors measure, my girth definitely leaves something to be desired.

Between losing weight, work and other things - I may not have a lot of time in my day to devote to PE, I do realize that PE is something that does require time and patience, but I’m curious if there’s anything I can do with the limited time I do have to increase both girth and length - whether hanging or using an extender, or if manual stretching gives better results.

I am not looking to have a monster penis, but I would like to add some length (ideally around 1 to 2 inches (I also realize 2 inches is probably on the high side)) and I would really like to add more girth.

I’m hoping that’s something realistic and again, I’m hoping you guys have some suggestions, whether its something I can use like an extender or hanging or if I would get better results from doing manual stretching.

The newbie routine doesn’t take long and it’s effective. Do a search. Dedicate yourself to that and keep losing weight. A few months from now you’ll be measuring gains.


Starting: (3/1/20) BPFSL 6.75" NBPEL 6.5" MSEG 4.9"

Now: BPFSL 7.5" NBPEL 7.0" MSEG 5.0"

Goal 8" NBPEL 6" MSEG

Definitely copy the newbie routine, gained 0.5 in EG and 1.0 in BPEL in six months doing just that when I first got into PE. More importantly (and I learned this from reading what seemed like a million posts) it will condition your anatomy to help prevent injury. What’s the point of having a bigger dick if you can’t use it? Adding the bathmate after those first six months added another 0.25 to girth and made EQ go crazy. I would definitely hold off on hanging for a while. I recently got into it myself and it’s a lot harder to get right than anything I’ve tried so far.

Also, stick with the weight loss. Best thing for overall health that you can do, which obviously includes the penis. Not only will it make the penis look proportionately bigger, but it will shrink the fat pad giving you “free” gains. Best of luck on your journey

Thank you both for your thoughts. I’ll reread the newbie routine and make an effort to keep at it as best I can.
