New to PE and some questions
Hi everyone,
I started PE today, and I have some question that I hope you can respond:
- My LOT is 6:00 - 7:00, so when I do the stretching, do I have to go Upward most of the time and skip the downward stretch? Or is it better to stretch in every direction?
-Does it apply to V-Stretch so that Inverted V-Stretch would be useless for me? And more importantly, can I add it in the newbie routine or it might be too much?
- Can I replace the Warm wrap and put my penis in a warm water instead? It’s a bit annoying to stand and wait 10min without doing anything, so I take any advice/technique that can change that.
That’s all I wanted to ask, I’m sorry if there’s the already the answer here, or if my questions are dumb.
