New to pumping
Hello, I’ve just got into pumping and ordered a LeLuv pump with a gauge on it and it has perfect proper fitting. I’ve read many guides on pumping and it tells beginners to start around 3-5 hg. The only problem is I don’t know which part of my gauge is the Hg. There are two circles surrounding the pump. One is red that progressively goes from .2 to .4 and so on till it hits 1(max pressure) which is the end of the gauge. The second circle is black which goes from 0 to 5 to 10 and so on till it hits 30 (30 is max pressure). Now the question is when I’m pumping I should be around 3-5 hg. Does that mean around .3 and .5 on the gauge? Or does 3-5 hg mean the actual 3-5 on the black circle?
I’ve attached a photo so I can give you guys some visual reference.
Once I get this figured out, I will have two 5 minute pumping sessions as a beginner.
Any answers will be appreciated, thank you.
