New To The Form
I’m new to the form and have PE of and on. I would like to know how to go about making sure that I have a good grip on my ligaments when manually stretching and not stretching my skin. Also, being in the military and not having a set schedule kinda hinders staying on a good schedule or routine. I’m looking for some logical advise.
Plus I’ve heads about this ring that Can raise the male testosterone level to help enhance the effects of PE. Is this ring effective to have as part of my PE equipment?
