Hello all -

Doing some looking around I came up with this site, and after spending some time looking at the forum and community I decided to join and give it a try to the techniques described in here.

I’m completely new to all of this, so I’m still trying to figure out how to start - I guess the beginner exercises is the right place, after seeing everybody point people there.

I consider myself quite small: 5.7 erect and 4.6 girth - I want to be 6.5 - 7.0 erect and 5.5 - 6.0 girth.. That would be cool, and hopefully achievable.

I don’t truly believe pills will work, they all seem scam so I won’t even try them -

So, my journey starts here. Let’s see what happens..

Regards to you all-
Chris

Your totally average, but hopefully soon to be above average:) . Welcome to the forum. And your right pills don’t or we would all be doing them:) .

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

Thanks Dino0X7,

If anyone has good tips besides pointing me to the beginners thread, it would be much appreciated :-)

Welcome!

As far as advice goes, remember to take it slow. There is a popular saying around here, “PE is a marathon, not a race”. So id say, just take it slow, be consistent, and stick to your routine. With time, patience, and practice you learn everything you need to know! Good Luck!

There is a routine called Newbie Routine which is very good to use the first months.

Start easy and then apply some more time every work-out.

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

Welcome to TP’s and good luck on your gains.

Thanks for the advices. I have a quick question, I think I did read on another post that this is something that you will need to do for life, otherwise any gains will gradually disappear. Is this true? Do I have to do this forever?

Just want to know so I can convince my wife to do this for me as an exercise for tuning up her biceps, etc :-P

Wouldn’t it be nice to have an IPhone/IPhod Application, like GymGoal (check Itunes App Store), with all the exercises, tracker/logger, etc? I’m not sure if they would allow such an application to be posted, if they did, I could make this happen (I’m a Software Architect.)..

Does this interests anyone here?
