Greetings all,

I have been Jelqing on and off for a few years now, not enough to get much results but I think I gained .5 inches in length though.

I am 5.5 -5.8 BPEL depending on if you follow the curve, and 4.0 EG, 4.2 EG rock hard.

I have had issues with my size for a long time, I am barely average “due to girth” and I hate that I can’t wear normal condoms.

My Goal is at least 6.5x5 but I would love to get to 7.5x6.

My current routine is about 20 minutes Jelqing with that exercise where you tighten some muscle when peeing to stop flow. I feel like Kegel is the wrong terminology.

Any advice on how to achieve my goals and does anyone know of any photo proof of this stuff working. I get so discouraged because anyone can make up numbers wheres photos are unequivocal proof.

Anyway I hope this site can help me achieve my goals and to not feel so small.

Have a great day all.

Stay consistent and use constant heat.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Do you have any photos of those 0,5”? I would love to gain 0,5” but I’m too afraid to start jelqing, I think I can injure myself.. :/

Current BPEL: 15,5cm (6,1") | MSEG: 11.7cm (4.6") | Base girth: 12.5cm (4.92")

Hey Viking!

Welcome to Thunders

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here thread. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I’m in the same boat as you. Recently starting back up around 5X4 after starting PE a couple years ago, and not following through with it.

Hi Viking.

Since you are a member, scroll down on the main page, and find the « members only» page. Go in there and find the thread about progress, results and photos.

There’s a lot of evidence.

Be consistent in your work, use heat and time, and the results will come. Your goal are in reach, and beyond if you want it. Good luck.
