I recently been on this site and another.I been trying to figure out the best way to start.I started stretching and jelqing while using the kegel exercises, I like to know the time you take off to rest each week and do you do it am and pm time?could you possibly construct a masturbating jelqing technique to enhance gains.eventually I like to go to ADS but,just the stretching type I’m not fond of weights down there lol.thanks I’ll keep you posted if I have any gains or not.
