By flexing this muscle you improve it’s muscle tone and therefore blood flow to your penis. It is beneficial to penile health. The 50 Kegels that are recommended in the Newbie routine are to be done after your workout in a non-erect state. It’s just flex, hold and release, fifty times.
It should be noted that you can do Kegel exercises anywhere, anytime. I do extra sets during my morning commute, or if the lady friend takes me to boring movie. You can’t over-train the BC muscle, so you can do them whenever you are bored or have time to kill. They help to keep erections firm.
