I just started to exercise PE last week. I would like to ask whether it is necessary to squeeze the corpus cavernosum when exercising Wet Jelqing. Because I saw the literature "The standard OK grip can be applied in two ways, palms up (a standard OK) and palms down (an overhand OK). Though the grip is generally referred to as an OK grip there is no requirement for the forefinger and thumb to meet, what is important is that it traps blood effectively. To that end if it works to grip the end of the forefinger with the thumb or to use thumb and forefinger in a you shaped grip it is important to proceed with what works best. A you shaped (pinch grip) applied vertically will tend to work the corpora carvenosa (CC) most, encouraging girth gains.”

I personally prefer the reverse palm-down (overhand OK) grip. After I squeeze the corpus cavernosum with a full grip. I will feel a little pain when I pee. Should I use a you-shaped grip (try to use it when Jelqing Not squeezing the corpus cavernosum)?

I think this is a question of how hard you are squeezing. It reads to me like you’re probably squeezing too hard, so there is a lot of pressure on each rep as you jelq. Try loosening your grip some. Imagine you’re trying to spread butter on bread. You press hard enough to move lots of butter forward with the knife, but you also need to leave some behind on the bread. It does no good to try to push ALL the blood up your dick. You’re trying to raise the expansive pressure some, not explode it. I bet you have less discomfort after if you relax the grip some.
