Too long in the extender given the required amount of strap compression you needed per the stretch and tension you are applying.

Back off the amount of stretch and tension, this will allow you to use less strap compression and stay in for 30 minutes or more with less disruption to circulation.

The extender like all forms of PE provides incremental results to huge amounts of effort(time). Start slow and condition, the rabbits end up burning out or injuring themselves in the PE race.

You mention that putting the stretcher on is easier when your Hard? You don’t put the stretcher on when you are hard. Besides youtube videos I’m sure on there site they show how to do it and didn’t you get a video or atleast instruction with it? And you say the vids you watched weren’t any good because they used a fake dick? What does that have to do with the way it goes on? Just curious. Just find this whole thing wierd. Sounds like you need to do more research before using it. You don’t want to hurt your SOLDIER. Read and ask as many questions as possible

Thank you everyone, I guess I need to slow it down and crawl before I run. Baby steps. There is so much to learn. I am glad I’m part of this community forum. I still need to learn how the best way to use the tools though. And practice using them.

The blister quickly subsided. That was a surprise. But my head is still tender from the 3m tape that I used for hanging and extending. Any suggestions as far as the tape goes? I thought I read baby powder or lotion before you put the tape on? Getting it off seems is a chore

I still find the x4labs extender hard to put on. Practice, practice and more practice. Real video demonstrations are a big help but hard to come by. I tried the loop method and it wasn’t too bad.

Shorten the arms. If you set em an inch to an inch and a half short of your BPEL, it makes it real easy to get in and out of.

As already said shorten the damn arms, I’ve read this time and time again, about people getting overly eager and start stretching at too great a length.

Start out extending around 2 cm UNDER your NBPEL and then add a piece every 2- 3 weeks allowing your unit to get used to wearing it. And believe me as long as you progress this way, as in slow, but wear it for several hours a day you’ll slowly but surely start gaining.

I started out extending 2 cm under my NBPEL as the instructions said then progressed by adding a small piece(0.5 cm) every second week and now I’m extending at full force and arm length. Also don’t worry about not having tension on the rods to start off with, you gotta work your way up to get the tension going by adding pieces to the arms.

If you think this sounds too weak then take into consideration that I’ve gained approx 1.5 inches with this method in a little under 2 years. Key here is consistency in wearing the extender every day, for at least 4 hours.

Also, considering that you’re a beginner I’d recommend that you start doing a very light manual stretching routine, like 10- 15 minutes, as well. I’ve Incorporated a manual routine for the last year or so and it seems to have sped up my gains just that little extra. Then the extending becomes like healing in a elongated state.

Hope you figure it out because putting it on and off for me I could do with my eyes closed by now and is a matter of seconds to do.

Good Luck and remember this all takes months and years so better do it right from the start unless you wanna injure yourself or just waste your time, as in ending up with zero gains because you rushed it.

Also don’t expect to see any gains from extending before it has gone at least 1.5- 2 months time. In the end the hours put in will be worth it IME.
