New Warm-upExercise: Dick-Ups
There isn’t a body of experimental research behind this exercise. I just know it’s not dangerous because I’ve been doing it since my senior year of HS(18), and I’m 24 when I posted this and learned about REAL PE on my 24th year. No issues. I thought about after a workout in the weight room when I put 2 and 2 together that if the penis is a muscle it can be worked out. Looking back, I do wish I did more research. I was one thought and Google search away from finding thunders place and I’m 100% sure that I would’ve hit my goals by now. I’m thankful to know now though. For beginners this is an exercise. For more veteran PE this is a warm up.
Preface: my unit points up and it helps with this warm-up/exercise.
Exercise: In the shower, get your dick hard. Put a wet warm washcloth on your dick and kegel it up like a bench press.
Modifier: If you don’t use a wash-cloth. Place your hand flat on your Erect unit. Apply some pressure down and kegel it up.
I recommend putting time under tension and giving yourself 3-5 seconds up and down.
Some days I do it until failure. Some days I got 4x12 with extreme time under tension 5+ seconds. Ever since I started PE this has become less of a workout and more of a warm up. Excellent for beginners and I’m convinced it was the start of my PE Journey.
