Hello forum! I am new to PE and after reading many threads I still think I don’t do it right, started doing newbie routine. So my questions are how many times a day should I exercise do stretches, jelqing + I absolutely don’t know how to do kegels after reading and trying to find so much.. BC and PC muscle I mean should I press my penis or BC is around testicles so I press that? I really want to succeed in this to try to improve flaccid length(3”) and erect length since I’m on the small side(5.7”).
Never measured girth tho but I need to improve that to when I look down my penis is normal but when I look my penis at sides looks so thin(like a marker +/-) My main goal is to 7”EL and better girth. Is that possible?
