NewBie And Need Help
Hey guys I’m a newbie , I have no experience with PE only watched videos and did few exercises but that’s all. From what I’ve read I’ve seen a lot of ppl get great gains. I’ve dealt with a alot of depression( still going through it) I don’t know what routines to start with. I really wanna get length gains first and worry about girth later. Any advice to a new guy trying gain his confidence? I’ve read some newbie forums but didn’t really understand the terms they were using. I’d really appreciate it if someone helped me out
