Gains will come, if you keep at it. In terms of tracking your progress, I suggest you measure your BPFSL
as it is a bit more reliable than BPEL by which highly depends on EQ.
One and half week of practising PE is way too early to start doubting your routine. If after 2-3 months, you have not make any gains then
you will know that someting is not right.
