newbie questions, girth at base? before and after?
Heay two questions..
Has anyone who’s made gains gotten a base ball bat effect? because I’ve noticed that when I Jelq I’m not able to get all the way down the shaft, I can see where the actual jelqing is working because there’s discoloration about an inch above my pelvic bone and nothing under that.. know what I mean?
Also I would like to see some before and after photos of people who’ve made gains. I tried a search but nothing comes up for “before after”
