Is it okay if I progress my jelqs from the beginning 200 and add 25 every 3 days until I hit 600? Example: Day 1 and 2: 200 jelqs/Day 3:Rest Day/ 4 and 5: 225 jelqs.

Think about how you’d focus on how your muscles feel to determine whether or not you need another rest day during your gym routine. Similarly, you need to look out for the signals given by your dick. These are called Physiological Indicators (or PIs in short). Go through the following thread and read it again if in doubt.

Make sure you completely understand the PIs mentioned in that thread.

Remember that your dick cannot speak in a literal sense. But, if you see consistent negative PIs, then understand that it is your dick screaming ‘Stop this torture. You’re killing me!’

Start slow, do PE wisely, and stay consistent.
