I was basing this assumption on a general review of people’s before/after stats in their signature blocks. My apologies is my assumption was false, Haha frankly I’m glad that I am.

Thanks for the insight. Honestly the advanced techniques kind of scare me. I’m pretty worried about the potential for long term problems. I’ll stick to the newbie routine. Definitely don’t want to overload and cause injury.

My 2 cents is to try pumping for girth gains. A half an hour every day is a pretty darn good way to grow fatter.

Depends on your budget, really. LA Pumps looks like a great product, to me. You’ll want to select a tube that’s larger in diameter than your current girth, so that things expand laterally. Whatever you do, make sure you have a vacuum gauge so you know what you’re doing.
