If you’re stretching hard, then both your stretching and Jelqing routine are enough to make me turtle for a week if not longer.
I prefer to hang at a nice low weight for extended periods of time (up to an hour) and Jelq for 40 strokes.
You guys need to realise, nobody Else’s routine is good for you, unless you respond positively to it. I would recommend anyone reading this, start off with something so basic (one stretch in each direction for 15 seconds say, and 20 Jelqs) one day on, one day off, and just build up slowly until you reach fatigue, then step back a notch. You’ll be doing yourself a favour in the long run.
