First of all thanks Thundersplace for letting me post this and sorry if my english is bad but i have more faith in the english community since i already know some terms that i dont know in my native lang.

First of all my goal is only girth, i dont care if length comes with this but im only looking for a thicked penis.
I have been im PE consistent for 2 years but i started a while ago, i jelqed a bit and fast pass to my first device wich was a bathmate, i followed a routine from newbie and in two months i was pumping erect 3 sets of 8 min and upgraded eventually to 15 mins, i got some doughnut effect and search on many sites since i started and looked to improve eventually passing to clamp since my gains where more edema and i read that clamping was higher risk but better and faster results so i started to clamp 6 months after my pump, i worked on padding a few weeks and started slow, i started to see the “indicators” of a good work like the red spots and i was getting a good expansion but nothing lasted too much, i then started to wear a cockring after my 3 sets of 10 mins with 5 min break between sets for about 15 to 30 mins and the results lasted more but still when i rest it was going back to normal, like always.. I looked for more info on many different sites and many people and went one step forward. I went for a combination of 5x5x3.. that means i was alternating bathmate and clamping i started with clamping 5min then bathmate 5 min and repeat 3 times all this with no rest and after workout i went for a cockring as long as i could, the first impression again was WOW, i loved it and attach to it for another couple of months like 3 or so but always my dick went back to normal after i rested 1 or 2 days (i always take my weekend off). All this advices went from veterans from other forums or similar sites, i was going 5 days on and 2 off same routine and taking a bit portion of viagra so i could get the best from my work but still i got same results, nothing changed forever.. I went back to only clamping 3 sets of 10 minutes and stimulating my head while adding something new wich is like a mod jelq while clamped combined with a SSJ pressing my head against my pelvis but same result.. I looked for more and found that i never had done stretches since i didnt was looking for lenght but i got a new advice of stretching so i could break the tunica because many people like me wich are pursuing only girth have almost always this problem so i bought an ADS and used it before my workout i also added bundled stretching while wearing my ADS wich is a vacum type but i got an advice to better doing bundled stretches without the device because sometimes it was like slipping off, so i started with this new thing and passed to soft clamping wich i felt more confortable than with the device because it adjust to your penis and i was getting the same sensation of a PRIAPISM and rock hard cock 110% but again im on the same boat.

My actual routine is wearing an ads for about 45 mins and do bundled stretches 10 minutes each side (clockwise) and in the second set of bundled stretches i take one pill of sildenafil 50 mg and do a couple of fulcrum stretches and a bit of semi erect bends before my dick wakes up so i can start to do my work with my penis fully erect, i attach the 10 bands press to the bottom and kegel a bit so i can have the sensation of “stretching” your dick and the volume here has passed from 4.8 to 5.2, my timer starts and i stay like this for about 9-10 mins then i take off all and massage a little bit (some fire goat rolls, semi erect bends, fulcrum stretches) then after 3 mins have passed i go for another set of 10 mins and i repeat this a total of 4 sets, that means i clamp for about 35-40 mins.

The expansion on my head its beyond the mid shaft it goes from 4.8 to 5.8, my mid goes from 4.8 to 5.4 and below the head i have the less wich is 4.8 to 5.2, after my workout i wear a not too loose but not too tight cockring (its a soft band like the ones i use to clamp) and stay like that for many hours (up to 5 or 6) and that helps to stay engorged a lot of time, but after rest or sleep i go back to normal, also with this routine im going 2 days on 1 off 2 days on 2 off and repeat.

I hope someone can help me to archieve my goal of 1.5 cm or 1/2 inch, i havent grow nothing permanent in 2 years and dont know what im doing wrong, im a bit desperate and i believe this is the last year i try PE because its kinda discouraging to see the dick you want appear and then dissapear in a couple of days.

Sounds as if you have really tried a lot of things, also tried all kind of advice available here. I’m in a very similar situation as you. Temporarily a lot is possible girth wise. I can get my cock really huge. But afterwards, it’s almost back to where it was. Worst of all is, flaccid nothing of it’s real size is visible.

Although I had significant gains through the years. Mostly lengthwise, but some girth, too. But I get the feeling, that genetically some of us grow easier length and others girth. At least many comments on these subjects show that for most of us either the one or the other is more difficult to achieve.

It’s the first time that I do PE with focus on girth only. Probably it’s too early to say, if I won’t have success or if I have just to be more patient and laid back.

Hopefully some of the veterans can enlighten us…

As memento says heat is the first key of successful PE, personally I think the reason you are not seeing permanent stuff is your are going too hard on your unit instead of having a slow and steady approach.

When I wanted more fast I never got anything out of PE, clamping especially, but when I slowed down and clamped very religiously for 6 months with proper rest days and only 1 set I slowly gained both girth and EQ. Not a lot of course but it was permanent in the end.

Of course I do apply heat before workout. My penis gets really soft like jelly, perfect to work with.

Well, I guess go slow is the key. Hopefully will have better news sooner. Thanks for the advice. Your experience is what I hope to get, too.

When i was using BM the water was always hot, sometimes when i put it for the first time it made me the urgence of go to pee, when i passed to only clamping i dont apply heat with the vjelqs that i used today pre workout my dick got hot and it felt different because it was very warm and i expanded even more like 0.1 to 0.2 because i also did SSJ with mod jelq and erect bends, in total they were 4 sets of 9-10 mins, i got some red sposts specially on the base closer to where i put the bands i use but i have never applied hot directly besides from the bathmate hot water, so i have 2 questions.

1. How often and when should i apply hot and how is the best way?

2. How many days should i rest after a clamping day?

Thanks for all the responses im feeling huge right now. And about to use my cockring for as long as possible.

Quick update the red spots have gone my dick is almost healed also i forgot to mention i got too much edema, ill go for another complete later after i wake up, and also ill wear the cockring in the complete package because sometimes it kinda slipps to the top a bit a little below de mid shaft and i dont like it, i want to wrap as bottom as i can with the cockring.

I dont know the meaning of accro but this week i started with this new routine i will start 1 day off 1 day on and rest weekend.
I think the warm up is as important as the workout, i do stretch upwards with an ads belt attached to my neck for about 15 mins then bundled 7 mins each side and do like 5 10 mins of vjelqs and start my sets.

One complete set is 9-10 mins soft clamped and while im clamped i do mod jelqs + ssj and erect bends thats all i alternate between one and the other.

Right now im doing less since i still felt bruised the next day with this new routine the so ill keep like this at least for a month.
