No Girth Results for 6 months

No Girth Results for 6 months

I re-started the PE with new method - horse squeeze and it has been 6 months.

However, my girth is as usual, 12.9~13.2cm(0.3cm is a pretty huge gap but, I do not know why it is different whenever I measure my jr even though I measure him for 5 mins to find out where is the widest.)

For the half of a year, I have dedicated to do like 10 sets of 10 sec squeeze once every two days after 20 jelqs as the Horse 440 said that he did this routine at random day intervals.

Is there any misunderstanding that I have for the routine? Or should I wait more like at least one year to be passes?

Kindly share your experience if you have the same experience as me. I think my routine is not quite week because I already had some of that tiny red dots on the end of my shaft.

P.S. I am not a kind of beginner since I have worked on 200~600 regular jelqs for 2 years every day 4 years ago, but I started due to the girth matter though I have 2cm gains for my length.

I didn’t gain any girth my first year of doing the newbie routine. I did gain some of my length, no girth till year two.

Everyone gains differently.

Start 8/15/18-BPEL-6.75” MEG-4.625”

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

Honestly I don’t often recommend dermal fillers like HA or PMMA to guys who are already committed to manual PE exercises, but super hard-gainers and/or the very under-endowed are the rare exceptions.

Of course no procedure is without risk. And avoid anything silicone… implants, oils, anything silicone in the penis. I’m still of the belief that men who are under-average, micro, or committed to gaining but simply can’t through PE exercises, are the best candidates. That also doesn’t take into account costs, mental well-being, and motivations. Either way, stay safe!

It sounds to me like maybe you aren’t doing enough? Twenty jelqs? I do 1200 jelqs a week. That’s 300 per session, and each one is 2-3 seconds. After four consistent months of that, I’m not sure that I’ve made much permanent girth gains. There have been some, but not super dramatic. Everyone is different of course, but in my own personal experience, girth is difficult to gain, and it takes a lot of consistent hard work. I will count myself lucky if after one year of PE I am anywhere close to my goal of 6 girth.

In his last paragraph he states: “P.S. I am not a kind of beginner since I have worked on 200~600 regular jelqs for 2 years every day 4 years ago, but I started due to the girth matter though I have 2cm gains for my length.”

That’s a minimum of 1400 jelqs and as high as 4200 jelqs, with an average of 2800 jelqs per week. over the course of 2 years. That’s almost 2 1/2 times your frequency. Couple that with the other exercises he mentions having performed, I’d say “not doing enough” isn’t his issue.

Now it could be a matter of changing up the routine, or implementing a more diverse routine of exercises, but I’m going to wager he’s an authentic hard-gainer.

I missed that part. Not sure how. Yeah, sounds like a hard gainer. That sucks.
