I have been doing hard jelqs (recently started squeezing, as well) for 6 months. While it feels meatier and heavier I haven’t really gained anything apart from bit of girth at base from where I kegel in between jelqs.

How can I kick-start some progress? Because I don’t live alone, long hanging sessions are out.

HELP!

Start clamping, Ulis and horses for girth and serious stretching 25-30 minutes for length. Also adding advanced stretches is a good idea to improve length gains. Finally add amazing isometrics to amplify your gains.

3x15min clamping with 2 clamps at base, 3x20min hanging a day and 10-20min Jelq. You will gain. More weight when no fatique.

Hey please tell us how many jelqs you do & at what erections levels jelq. Also how many days in a week do you do PE? Give us more details. What do you mean by hard jelqs? You mean a firm grip or jelqs when erect?

Tell us your goals i.e whether you are looking for length or girth. You cant really expect people to help unless you detail your routine, so please do.

How consistent have you been?

Okey Dokey.

5 min warm-up - soak in hot water.

1. 20 hard stretches straight out or downwards until hard.

2. Put 2-3 rubber bands TIGHT around base of penis. Kegel as hard as can to get blood into penis.

3. Very slow, very hard jelq, squeezing as hard as I can.

4. Very hard kegel for 5 secs

5. Wrap entire hand around penis and squeeze as hard as can for 10 seconds

6. Steps 4 and 5 repeated for 20 mins to 30 mins

Routine done at least 3 times per week, 4 if time permits.

I am looking for better girth and length,; if I had to choose would choose girth. Current girth at base is 5.5 inches around; erect length can get up to 6.5 inches when kegel hard without rubber bands.

I am about to start clamping but from my very basic grasp of the technique I am not sure it offers any advantage over the rubber bands.

ANY advice on how to improve results appreciated. I would like to try ADS but the gizmos that enable that are an absolutely ridiculous price.

Rubberbands? Why not just buy a cable clamp from walmart for $2. Don’t rubberband pull your pubic hair?

That could be the problem. The words ” very hard”. Harder doesnt necessarily mean faster results. You have have been pushing it a bit too much due to which your dick is in a constant state of fatigue. VERY HARD JELQS+NO REST= NO RESULT

Doing that causes trauma at a microscopic level which is good provided you dont go overboard. In your case im sure to asume you have done it.

With a routine like yours, I wouldnt touch my dick more than twice a week.

IMO, you should take 10 days off. When you come back start with the following:

5-7 min warm
10 second stretch in all directions. a stretch in all direction is a set. About 10 sets is fine. Dont do it too hard.
100-150 jelqs at 60-80% erection with a nice steady grip. Not necessarily a very firm grip.
5 mins warm down.

2 on 1 off schedule. Stick with this for atleast 2 months. Im sure you will see results. Also take a measurement before you start this and dont touch the scale till you hit the 2 month mark. After the first month, Increase jelqs to about 200 with a slightly higher intensity. Good luck. Sometimes the ” less is more” approach works well

guys, i’m sorry for interrupting this thread, but since i cant start my one, this one seemed most appropriate.

i have been on newbie routine for one month now.

this was my routine:

-no warm ups

-70 seconds stretching in every direction (down, left, right, downleft, downright, up and forward). *2 (with other hand) - last two weeks i added 70+70 btc stretches (left, right)

-70+70 c-grip jelqs + 70+70 standard dry jelqs + 70+70 inverted standard dry jelqs.

*i started with some 40 seconds/jelqs, adding each week 10 more.

-finishing usually with kegels and 70 seconds of stretching in rest directions (forward left and right, and up left and right).

RESULTS? hm, flaccid, looks and feels longer, doesnt turtle so much any more, also harder - im sattisfied with that. hard - firmer, but smaller, i started with 14.5cm and now its 14cm..

is this normal?

has anyone got some advices? please?
