guys, i’m sorry for interrupting this thread, but since i cant start my one, this one seemed most appropriate.
i have been on newbie routine for one month now.
this was my routine:
-no warm ups
-70 seconds stretching in every direction (down, left, right, downleft, downright, up and forward). *2 (with other hand) - last two weeks i added 70+70 btc stretches (left, right)
-70+70 c-grip jelqs + 70+70 standard dry jelqs + 70+70 inverted standard dry jelqs.
*i started with some 40 seconds/jelqs, adding each week 10 more.
-finishing usually with kegels and 70 seconds of stretching in rest directions (forward left and right, and up left and right).
RESULTS? hm, flaccid, looks and feels longer, doesnt turtle so much any more, also harder - im sattisfied with that. hard - firmer, but smaller, i started with 14.5cm and now its 14cm..
is this normal?
has anyone got some advices? please?
