No success with manual stretching

I’ve been doing manual stretching for almost 3 months now as a beginner basically just using my hands to stretch penis tissue in all directions. I only applied medium force always. Did every other day. Measured before and after but no change in length on measurement. What should I do next that will give me actual length gains, suggestions please

Did you read through the Newbie Routine? Lots of good information there.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Have had success with manual stretching. Make sure you have strong hands. If you work out, that helps. Also, apply a fulcrum to increase the intensity.

Yes I did. I havnt done each and every exercise defined in the video but pretty much all the core ones for a good amount of time.

My routine was mainly stretches + jelqs + basic uli (clamping with hand for a few seconds to a minute) .yes I used to add fulcrum aswell. Did you apply stronger forces because I think I’m taking it too safe. Should I increase force intensity ? The forces I apply were low - medium. I don’t know how to know what is best force applied in the stretch but I can tell you I didn’t feel any soreness ever after any stretches.

I apply 100% force to all manual stretches now—as much force as my grip, wrists, and arms will allow. It takes time to get to that point, though.

The 1on/1off frequency is for the first 1 or 2 weeks of PE for conditioning.
Then you have to move to2on/1off in order to start seeing results.
So IMO the biggest mistake that I can identify from what you have posted is that you need a higher frequency.

As for the intensity level… everyone is very different… so some people can gain ONLY with low int , some ONLY with med int and some ONLY with high int.
This part is for you to find out from trial and error.
BUT the biggest mistake that a PEer can do is go to high int without conditioning.

The Pis is the greatest indicators of growth. This is what my journey has shown.
Also HEAT before-while-after PE session can make a difference.

Il increase the frequency and intesity and will give it more time before going towards the advanced PE(with tools and stuff). And yes I agree about conditioning and that was also on my mind so I didn’t give it my all. But hey I am in no rush, I already have a decent starting size I mean I can take it slow and expirement before I jump into the hardcore stuff atleast 2-3 more months.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I’ve never gotten any gains I could attribute to high force stretching or manual stretching.

I’ve made a lot of progress using low force methods like light pumping at 5 inHg for 20 minutes every other day and a light weight .5lbs. hanger sporadically.

I think that there is a window of force that is productive for gains, while exceeding it is counter productive.

If you exert too much force on connective tissue in other parts of the body, you get something called contracture. I don’t see why that wouldn’t be the case in PE as well and my past experience seems to indicate that it does occur.

Contracture - Wikipedia

It would be difficult to measure the amount of force exerted when doing manual stretches, terms like "medium force" don’t have a reference point. It’s a similar problem with extenders, which while they can have calibrated springs, can’t accurately tell you how much force you’re using. Springs deform over time, so any calibration markings would lose their accuracy, and I doubt the ones used in extenders are calibrated in the first place, at least they weren’t in the one I bought.

That’s why I like hanging, there’s a set amount of force a hanger can exert at max, which opens the door to finding the ideal parameters and convey it to another person.

My case too.
In fact high force stretching or manual stretching not only never got me any gains… but they were reducing my flaccid and erect size in both length and girth.
The ONLY time I gained erect length(0,5cm) was with only 500grams of extending for 4h/day. Then I bumped the tension(650-900-1200) and for 1 more year of extending zero gains.
Then started doing intense manual stretching and lost gains.
And the only time that I gained girth(1,5cm) was with very light intensity slow reps jelqing followed by some edging.

I am for sure a LESS IS MORE

Damn after reading all of this I’m for sure going to low the force of my grip on stretches and jelqs o.o. I’m on 3rd week of P.E doing newbie routine.

Well the thing is that we all respond differently to growth.
Some ppl frow with very light intensities , some with medium , some with high.
Its up to the individual to find out what works and what not through trial and error.

3d week of PE your should do ONLY light intensity(even if you are the type that can grow with hight intensity) cause u need to be conditioned in order to go for higher intensity.

It does make some sense to me but I don’t understand clearly the science behind it. As in bodybuilding the more forces applied, the greater the damage to the tissues hence greater the gains. Why should it be any different with penile tissue. (btw I’m only doing lighter forces anyways)

Yes this is something that noone of us understand.
What I have found out is that when I am using big intensity , my tissues are becoming a lot harder and I am losing a great amount of max flaccid stretched length.
When this is happening… I have no growth(did that for like 1 year) and my erect length and girth is smaller cause the tissues are harder and the blood that is entering the dick is not able to expand it fully… So eventhough my dick becomes 100% hard in the erection the length and girth can not expand fully.

I have read people are doing an intense manual stretching session and then they are putting the extender on and they are having longer FSL in the extender cause of the manual stretching that did prior to extending.
In my case its the exact opposite…. When I was doing an intense manual stretching session and then I was putting the extender , during the 1h ext session my fsl was a lot smaller cause my tissues was becoming harder from the manual stretching prior to extending.

Its so strainge that every person is so different.

I have a question to you guys in this thread. How long do you hold each stretch before changing direction and re grip?
