Noob over doing it
Being new to PE, I was wondering.. I have a modified newbie routine. The routine contains the same exercises and the same workout times. The only thing I do different is I do it for 5 on 2 off. IS this over doing it? I don’t really have any injuries or anything, should I just stick with 2 on 1 off? Being a newbie doing 5 on 2 off won’t hinder my results will it?
