I have the same issue. I am a family man and professional, and but for my gym shower and trips to the restroom, private time is non-existent. So I split up my routine as best I can. I jelq in the shower in the morning (wife would not be surprised if she caught me goofing off in the shower) and I stretch as a post-workout routine in the gym shower (I’m old enough to not become aroused, so no worries of walking around erect in the men’s locker room). Then I stretch two or three times a day in the restroom at work. Then, if I have a chance, I hard-jelq in bed prior to going to sleep. Once or twice a week I finish in the shower, but otherwise edge, else jelqing becomes hard (soft, really.).
Each time is about 5-10 mins, total of maybe 30-60mins/day depending on day. I’ve been at it a couple of months like this. It feels great to hit it in shorter bursts (less tiresome), and it seems to keep me consistently fuller throughout the day. It also has helped with erections, which have softened in my mid-forties, as well as control. The other benefit is that it keeps me constantly in the mindset, which is a huge part of this. We’re building confidence and esteem as well, not just man-size (or you should be, anyway).
