Not enough

Not enough

I start out with the newbie routine last week sometime when I joined and did 5min stretching, 10min jelqing, 5min warm-up but that wasn’t enough and then worked my way up to more types of stretching,20min jelqing, horse squeezes that wasn’t enough and then I started really concentrating on my jelqing with a full hard penis and doing some kegels between every jelq motion to really get the blood pressure up there and maybe some horse squeezes in between and my penis seems fine no tenderness, soreness or red spots. I have even been waking up with a harder wood in the morning. So I guess my question is if I don’t think I’m over training should I bump up the training routine. I work-out at the gym five days a week and I know when I’m over training but if it’s the same as that I think I could bump up my training.

Thanks to everyone in taking the time to look at my thread.

I did like you in the beginning. Personally I think this hindered my gains in the beginning. It made my penis used to harder exercises to soon and slowed my gains down. Took me a very long time to gain just 1,5cm and I truly believe I could have made much more if I just had listened to the veterans that say; “Do the newbie routine for at least 2-3 months.”. But do what you like, this is just my opinion. Good luck!

Listen dude

DON’t jelq with a full erection

You’re already doing too much. As has already been said, you’ll either make it much more difficult for yourself in the future or you’ll end up with an injury and have to stop PE. What do you mean “it wasn’t enough?” One week of the Newbie routine is barely enough to get your penis used to the stress. You’ve gone way beyond where you should be in your second week. You cannot rush this.

Use the newbie routine for at least 3 months, there is a reason all vets say this.

Thanks guys I appreciate the help. It’s not that I’m an impatient person and I will stay with the newbie routine not a problem but I was just under the impression you should feel some time of fatigue the next day. I have been doing squeezes for a long time during masturbation and during sex I always squeeze so I thought that could have something to do with my tolerance. I think I was comparing to when I go for those Marathon sex runs where I have ejaculated many times over and had sex for many hours that the next day my penis is sensitive, Sh!t there has been occasions where it was so swollen the next day after sex that I thought I had to go to the doctors because I thought I caught something. I just assumed that over training might have been something along those lines.

No. “Over-training” during manual PE can easily lead to permanent, and irreversible damage.

During my time doing the newbie routine, the only time I felt soreness was immediately after the stretches. Growth of your penis is not determined by how much it hurts. You may enjoy that “burn” when lifting, but it’s not a good thing when it comes to PE. Your penis should actually feel good the same day, and the day after PE. Once you’ve got a couple of months under your belt, (pardon the pun,) then you can tolerate things that would make your penis sore now, such as hanging, and use of an Auto EXT clamped and stretched as tight as it will go. But even then, I would say that if it hurts…STOP!
