Hi guys, 1st time posting. I’m a Malaysian Chinese(South East Asian country for those of you who don’t have a clue). 20 this year(still a student) and have been on slightly “modified” newbie routine for 2 months.

Routine:

5 mins wrap (thick cloth handkerchief soaked in hot water) while kegel-ing.
5 mins manual stretch (30-sec pulls in different directions)
300 wet jelqs (3-sec strokes)
20 jelq squeezes (recently incorporated into routine)
5 mins wrap (with kegels)

5-6 days a week.

I just want to go easy as I don’t really have the liberty to jelq that long per session. So it’s highly unlikely I’m going to add more methods into my routine. But I’m in no hurry either.. I’m prepared to jelq during my 4 years in university(hopefully I can find the time and privacy).

I’m uncircumcised, about 5 inch erect and 4.5-5 inch erect circumference. No gains after 2 months but I’m pretty sure it’s bigger than before, if only slightly(may be a psychological effect XD). Hoping to go 6-6.5 inch erect length and 5.5-6 inch erect circumference.

Any advice or recommendations for me?

Another question, is it ok to go jogging or do weight training after a jelqing session?

As far as jogging and weight training goes, I always do that before my PE session. I think you will maintain a better post PE flaccid hang if you do it that way.

I know I can’t run or jog after doing PE, my dick and balls flap around due to the larger flaccid and it hurts. I end up looking like some wounded animal trying to run away from something. But if you can do it more power to you man.

What about my routine? Any comments, advice, suggestions?

I find whenever I work out whether it’s before or after a PE session, all the blood in my body is dedicated to feeding my muscles that my dick shrivels up and gets pretty cold. I usually head right to a bathroom stall and warm it up a bit with my hands to restore the blood flow and get it to hang a bit bigger before I hit the showers. Unfortunately, I think it would be a bit difficult to wear an ADS when you’re in shorts made of a very light material so I guess there isn’t much I can do about this.
