One more question

Is it best to jelq first or to stretch first in the newbie rountine… Lately I forgot to stretch so I jelqed first could this be a problem?

I do both, whatever floats your boat. Try them both and find out, which one is “best” is opinion.

Which do you think is best?

It’s like forgetting to open your mouth before you eat. LOL

On a serious note, you can do it before or after you jelq.

Personally I don’t think it makes any difference.

I used to think it didn’t matter until I started consistently stretching before jelqing. When you stretch before jelqing, IMHO, it loosens things up so you can get better expansion and thus a more effective jelq. Stretching isn’t just a lengthening exercise. It also promotes girth gains.

Why don’t you just try and experiment - see what suits you. You might just fancy a change of routine now and again and do one before the other.

After the hot wrap I sometimes start with neither stretching or jelqing but just a vigorous stroking from the base to the tip first outwards, then down then to right then to left, then rotation. I do this quickly and vigourously but not with any real pressure - it really gets the blood flowing and the erection can be 100% .Then you need to calm down a bit and continue with the usual routine: stretching/jelqing. Have a crack at it and report back.

It makes a big difference in feeling and results. I warm up for 5-15 minutes, then I tend to stretch a little before jelqing. I jelq for 5-10 minutes, then slap on my Penimaster and do a big set of DLD blasters. After that, I flip the Penimaster upwards, and let it sit for ~40 minutes.

I think the best results are obtained by stretching first… then jelqing… then stretching again.

I do this and feel it’s the best way to go.
