Is it possible to gain doing only stretching/hanging and absolutely no jelqing? Has anyone done this? Even Bib used to milk didn’t he?

Intensity beats extensity, as they say - whether that applies to PE I cannot say with much certainty. I would assume focusing on the length could be advantageous though in my experience jelqing and stretching together is as good as you’ll need.

I agree, both make a well rounded routine and you can never go wrong with a good jelqing routine.

That’s impressive, but I’ve been at PE for almost 2 months now and completely lack the self-constraint to jelq without ending up masturbating and splurging within minutes.

Hanging, however, especially with constant heat, never gives me that difficulty.

And even though I’m uncut I’ve worked up a fine system with a wench, a drumstick for inverted V-stretches, HTW wrap, a heating pad that velcros right smack onto the wench, and I can just sit at the computer doing work or whatever hours a day in relative comfort. The weight from the heating pad is all you need to drag your dick down and you can just rest your hand on top if you’re wanting a little more. It feels pretty significant whether it’s with the V-stretch aid or a regular hang.

Maybe I’m just trying to be a cheat here, wanting gains without the labours and the squeezing. I guess I’m the “automatic lawnmower” type :)

Is there even one person here who’s had success without jelqs?

Lol, yep. That and stretching. Hey, if you have difficulty maintaining your erection at the right level: control your breathing. Controlling your breathing is the key to fully controlling the rest of you body - learned that in Martial Arts. Try it out. I like breathing in the nose for three seconds, and out the mouth for six – that might help with your splurging but it also takes mental control.

I know a lot of guys here praise hanging, but I don’t see the need. Really, if I stopped gaining before I had 8X6 I still wouldn’t start. If I lived in my own house - maybe. But not here – peeps will find out. I like people thinking I was born with this.

I’m uncut too. You seem to have found something you feel comfortable with. That’s what it should be about. Some guys spend a lot of time with PE, others very little. I’m on the very little quarter; I see less as more.

Bump. Anyone here do just the tunica/ligament work with no jelqing? I guess I’m just gonna have to assume every single person here does at least 30 minutes of jelqing a day then.

No, I do not jelq every day, Only when I feel like it, On average maybe 30 min a week.

I have gained 2 cm EL and 3 cm FSL, I use an extender every day, Everything else is more random.

So yes it is possible to gain with only stretching, But it is probably better to do some jelqs also.

Big Girtha’s mantra “NEVER LET IT TURTLE” and your “use an extender every day” philosophies make sense. I’ve found that I can do a HTW wrap, attach a Wench over it (just the Wench, without needing to attach weights) and go from my usual flaccid length of 3 1/2 inches to over 5 inches (I’ve even seen it go up to 6 once, almost doubling my initial flaccid length, but it was probably squeezed too tight). I’ll do that consistently now and hope that’s good enough for an extender.

I did fall asleep with the HTW and Wench on one night and woke up after some scary-as-hell dreams about having a cold dead penis. Thankfully it was warm so I know there’s still blood flow, though I’m sure it’s a little impeded. Is this a counter-intuitive strategy? Because a healthy blood flow is something we desire for PE isn’t it? But so is a good stretch, so I’m split on the matter.

Anyone wear a HTW all the time with no concerns?

Keeping with my lazy-ass “let a tool do the hard work” mentality, Uli’s are no-brainers for girth.

How about that, does anyone find that doing Uli’s in place of Jelqs still works?

I think I’m switching my routine to 2-3 hours of my above no-hassle inverted V-stretch technique and a few 10-minute Uli’s a day. With time off spent stretched via HTW and a Wench with or without any weights on.

Maybe you could hang just a little weight to your wench, Or tie it to you leg, Just to get a little more stretch?

If you have not experienced a lot of newbie gains yet, Then I think you could gain pretty fast from 6-700g of tension for 3-5 hours a day. Get the gains you can from low weights/newbie routine before you start hanging heavy weights, And when the gains slows down or stops, Then start hanging or add time or new things to your routine. Heavy weights can cause retraction and strengthening of the tissues, So no need to start heavy before you have to.

My EL and girth at the base came during the first few months of PE (extender 6-900g and the newbie routine),
It was kind of “less is more” and it worked for me, But that was then, Now I really have to work for it.

I have a feeling that stretching during sleep would be very effective, But there is no safe way of doing it so be careful. Do the stretching during your day and let it rest during the night.
