P.E and sex relations.

Here is a general question:
I have sex with my GF 3 days/week.
Can i combine P.E with this “sex routine” and keep good effects of P.E ?

I don’t see why not, just try to keep from ejaculation for 3 hours before and after PE.

I am not one of the resident experts here, but I would suggest that on those days that you know you are going to be having sex, that you make your workout a little lighter than usual. I usually find that if I really work my unit hard that it takes at least a couple hours before it wants to fully come out and play. Of course, some may say this is over doing it but to each their own.

If you still have questions you can always do a search under ejaculation/orgasm. The debate over whether or not having an orgasm is a hindrance to PE has not really been proven either way. Most importantly do what you feel is right.

I don’t think, that sex affects your PE success. But after I had sex (whether with me or my gf) my penis is too sensitive

to da a hard PE workout. Also when I had a good workout, it was not that easy to get my little friend up as easy

and long as normal.

If I get you right, it would be a good thing to have sex within 3 hours before or after PE, since he would try to avoid ejaculation? Should make for a happy girlfriend!

Well it’s not always a bad thing - I can’t imagine a better way to apply heat to the ole guy or get the blood re-flowing :)

It’s funny that I’m reading this thread today - last night after a good PE session the wife attacked me. That’s not the norm but it sure was fun!
