How many days a week do you guys exercise your PCs? I’m trying to get those big porn start muscles and they’re getting stronger but not bigger. I try and work them out like other muscles, so no more then twice a week and I do 4 reps of 10-15. What I do is build to a full squeeze for 5 sec, hold for 5 and slowly release for another 5. Anybody have any great results with kegels, and if so what should I do different?
