This may sound like a rather idiotic question, but do any of you guys go swimming (at gym or any place else) after PEing? Won’t the cold water in the pool shrink your dick (happens to me), thus hampering recovery of the tissue in the penis after PEing?

Also: Does going to gym after PE in any way hamper gains, (since all the sweat may collect in your underwear, thus making it damp, and therefore shrinking it)?

I’m trying to perform PE and experience maximum possible growth by avoiding anything that may hamper gains (like most of you guys, I guess!)- which explains these perhaps stupid questions…

Hi Baracus, I swim laps every morning for exercise and have not seen any adverse effects in regards to PE and gains. Although, the water isn’t exactly cold (usually between 75-80).

Why would you want to go swimming in a cold pool anyways? :)

Another perspective can be taken from theman’s thread on ice baths. He theorizes that an ice bath might actually be beneficial for PE. Check it out if you’re interested.

Some here have said that leg workouts may help with the gains because of the increase in overall health and blood flow in that area. However, I can say from personal experience that this has not been the case for me.

Then there’s the other side, where when you workout, the blood rushes to the parts that need it most (depending on what you’re working on). This would probably explain why sometimes your hang won’t be as full as when you’re not working out. But I don’t think this affects gains either.

What it really comes down to is if you enjoy it. If you like working out after a PE session, then keep doing it. It’s hard to say what affects gains or not because even though some people think that a clean and healthy lifestyle is needed to make incredible gains, others have proven them wrong by eating fast food and chain smoking (not that I’m saying to do these things to get gains). Basically, it’s based on how your body is wired. So go hit that gym, take a dip in the pool, stick with PE, and you’ll be happier with your body more than ever.

Since I started regularly using a hip abduction/adduction and leg extension and leg curl equiptment at the gym, I have noticed an increase in blood circulation..

well to be more precise I can feel my pulse throbbing in my groin now, and I would go as far to say that the beat is STRONGER in my groin now than at my heart.

I also had the same experience. I do Swimming and working out also. And my cock get shrink after working out, I guess what Superstroker said is right. When working out we need all the power that are available in our body. So, to overcome this I try not to jelq before working out and swimming. there’s a couple hour rest time between these two, jelqing and working out I mean.

I would not worry. Workin out def. will increase ur blood flow and stamina.
If u lift weights this will boast ur testosterone and help overall health.

Anyway, I hear u, when its cold I hate shrinkage.
