PE and life
So, I love PE ing. And, as many here, I’m getting a little obsessed by it. I’m spending upwards of 1 hour per workout day (usually 45 mins for a full routine). As eager as I am to get a bit more meat, I’m curious about those folks who spend 2.5 hours a day, or even over an hour a day doing PE. I know there are certain cases (i.e. Bib) where someone works from home and can multitask with PE, but for the rest of us, doesn’t spending hours a day hinder other interests and hobbies, as well as a healthy social life?
Not passing judgements as I’m not one to criticize anyone’s priorities. Again, I get eager enough to get good gains that I think about planning multi-hour sessions.
