I just thought that I would give this a shot, I am trying to see if there a link between the underwear we wear and PE, the more the better the results.

I think there are only three options

1. Briefs
2. Boxers
3. Commando

Why not combinations? Sometimes I go commando and other times I wear bikini briefs. The brand does a lot to determine comfort. I vary what I wear because of the type of trousers I am wearing at the time; i.e. jeans = commando, suit = bikini or sport briefs. Sorry if this complicates things.

Not that is a good observation, but which would you wear the most or consistently?

I started pumping the first week of August I was 7 1/2” l x 6” circ. I wore regular briefs. I now measure a little over 8” x 6 3/4” . Mr.biggerman, I second much of what you say for the same reasons that you say it. I am 8.6X6.5, hang over 6x5.25 flaccid. That is why I go commando in blue jeans and boxers in a suit. I recently found two brands produced outside the USA which are very comfortable.
