I’ve been doing this for a while, and since I am not gaining much anymore, I decided to try something new:

- The PenisMaster
- The AutoExtender
- The PenisExpander

I started almost a year ago doing jelqs only. About 200 a day, 2 on, 1 off. I gained around .5 in lenght and .5 in girth (inches). But at the same time, I lost between 40-50 pounds. I was never overweight, didn’t have a belly. I was just a little “thick”. Anyway, after that, I continue to jelq for a few months and no gains whatsoever. I took a brake (I was disappointed and frustrated) and resumed pe 2 months ago. I think I’ve gained .15in in girth and probably the same in length, but I am afraid to measure and find out I’ve gained nothing.. I’ll wait another 3 weeks.

Right now I am doing 150-200 jelqs (intense, slow, 7-10sec reps) followed by 10-20 power jelqs and ulis.
After that I stretch 5 times in each direction (up, down, left and right) for 20 secs each.

I also tried hanging with my wench -I’ve been doing it for a month @5lbs- but for some reason, it just got to be too painful, specially in the head section (and I squeeze the blood out of it) -I think I’ve followed every single instruction and read every thread, but no luck so far..

Anyway, which one of those devices do you recommend?

Tortolo, I would recommend doing some research on each of the products you mentioned. You will be hard pressed to find someone
who has tried them all. Otherwise, you will probably get mixed responses as to the pros and cons of each. The PenisMaster and the AutoExtender
both have avid fans. There is lots of good info on these. I have never heard of the PenisExpander.

As for your routine. You might want to try increasing your stretch duration. I get better results from longer stretches (say 2-3 minutes.)

My thoughts on measuring; don’t be afraid to measure. Other than visible results, measuring is the only way to monitor the effectiveness of your routine. If my routine is not working I want to know early on. I would rather face the disappointment of no gains than to waste time on an ineffective
routine. Measuring doesn’t shrink your penis or keep it from growing. :)

I’ve did a lot of researching in the forum last night, and I am still undecided about the device. You are right, these things are not cheap and it might be hard to find someone who has tried them all.

As for the measuring, you are right as well. I will wait until my day off to allow the residual swelling to subside and I’ll measure then to get a more accurate/realistic reading. Wish me luck!!

Are the 2 mins stretches you do something you have to work up to? I mean, 30 secs is a lot for me. I’ll try gradually increase my stretching time.

I think gerrykjohnsons has tried them all, if you want to PM him. I’m pretty sure I remember him telling us somewhere that he tried just about everything before making his static stretcher. Thats just one person’s advice though.

The vacextender 2 looks good, have a look at that thread - I’m thinking of getting one myself!

Very good advice Iguana! I feel the same way about measuring and I also think allot of PEers are fooling them selves because of inconsistent measurement methods and infrequent measuring.

For me, the only way I measure for gains is a BPEL measurement with a digital camera, standing, bending my erection parallel to the floor and bone pressing as hard as I can. If I can not measure gains consistently and get the same measurement on each picture, I do not count it as a gain. Simple as that. Anyway, that is how I do it, I am not saying this is the only way..

tortolo, I have the original vac-extender and an old jes-extender (same as penis master etc,etc..) and the vac-extender is 10x better, hands down!

I have not tested the vac-extender 2 yet, but I will, and I am sure it is very good.

Hey Babis, have you had any gains which you would attribute to the vacextender?

Yes, you should work up to longer stretches. You might want to go to 45 sec or 1 min. Most information on stretching supports longer
stretches with less tension as being more effective that short harder stretches. Not that you will never increase the force but do it only
when necessary. As with any exercise, step up the duration or force gradually. Otherwise, you will loose gain potential.

Excellent point! Frequent measuring keeps you consistent. You’re not as likely to vary your method.

I have the vacextender 2, just got it a couple of weeks ago. I was in the same boat as you. I have basically done all the research and I will say this thing is AMAZING! when I’m not using it, I’m using the ADS system it comes with. I haven’t measured yet because I want to give it a good test period. I am in no way associated with MB or receiving compensation or anything. I am just trying to help a fellow PEer out.

But after having this product for the short time I have, I can say one thing to every PEer: GET A VACEXTENDER 2 IF YOU ARE NOT GAINING LENGTH AND ACTUALLY WEAR IT!!!

Also it is so much easier to do manual stretches with the vacuum head. It’s much easier to hold for a longer period of time. PM me if you want to talk because like I said I was in the same boat as you a couple of weeks ago and I needed all the advice possible because everyone wants their moneys worth right??!!

No, not yet. In fact, I have not seen any gains for a VERY long time. Of course, I will never give up unroll I reach my goal. Currently doing girth work with clamping, pumping and jelqing in the morning, vac-extender in the evening, mixing up the rest days and monitoring the quality of my erections.

I have this big paranoia that I will die in a car accident and the coroner or the medics will find a PE device in my body and everyone will know! Could you imagine the embarrassment?? Hehehe
