PE Harmful?

PE Harmful?

Hey guys, I was watching these videos by janus bifron about the angion method he developed.. Very impressive.. In his jelqing analysis he brings up that traditional PE is harmful and may cause long term vascular problems and issues maintaining an errection.. Does anybody have some insight or opinions on this? Maybe some long term veterans can leave some input?

Thank you

The longer I’ve done PE, the more appreciation I gain for doing it lightly. Beyond a certain size there is no point to put so much pressure on the penis that blood vessels explode and you get spotting.

There are also diminishing returns to additional gains as one gets larger. The goal is different for everyone, but objectively anything above average is a great size to have. Over time more effort is required to get the same amount of gains and those gains are worth less than they were at the beginning. So why not do a light EQ based routine and take what gains may come, it’s a reasonable path.

That said, PE has never affected my ability to get an erection. I’ve had low EQ following an intense workout, but it is normal by the next day. Long term it has made no difference in how long it stays hard. Take regular decon breaks for health and it’s all good.

I agree fully bearded how long have you been doing PE and any experience w angion method?

Nothing but theories, common sense and selfreports. I heard about few cases when people had weak valves and got significant damage, but for thousands of other people that’s fine and many people got even better erection. In any case, you can do other exercises. Stretching, hanging and extender give very good length gains and pump, clamping, kegels give good girth gains.
