There is no loss of motivation, just everything is going bad right now…
I had the same problem 2 months ago.
What I did was create a daily planner,
Make time for everything written and record it’s completion. You have more time than you think.
Go to bed early and wake up early, you save some hours when you do that, dedicate an hour each day to Pe, don’t stress over a day or two missed, Pe is long term.
Log every of your daily activities, cut out unnecessary ones and keep others. Rotate some activities between different days instead of everyday.
Also log everything you eat. Try to count your macros and calories, it’s easy, research.
Start out with flexible diets then progress to stricter ones. Be slow with your diet as well, don’t try to do too much.
