PE life and how to managing time effectively

How to manage my time?It seems like I’m going downhill on everything…I’m not passing my tests I’m not doing my PE the right way and I’m gaining weight!…

How to start over?What to do first?Do i need to take a break after passing all my tests?And if yes what do after that?

There is no loss of motivation, just everything is going bad right now…

PE give me motivation to start taking my health seriously! So happy right now :) My English is not really good so if you see something stupid that I say don't get mad at me 😄

Concentrate on your studies. PE will still be here after you complete your education.

I had the same problem 2 months ago.

What I did was create a daily planner,

Make time for everything written and record it’s completion. You have more time than you think.

Go to bed early and wake up early, you save some hours when you do that, dedicate an hour each day to Pe, don’t stress over a day or two missed, Pe is long term.

Log every of your daily activities, cut out unnecessary ones and keep others. Rotate some activities between different days instead of everyday.

Also log everything you eat. Try to count your macros and calories, it’s easy, research.

Start out with flexible diets then progress to stricter ones. Be slow with your diet as well, don’t try to do too much.


Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

How distracted are you?

Do you:

-Look at social media?
-look at porn whenever you feel like it?
-Answer text messages as soon as the arrive? Even in the middle of studying?
-Spend TRUELY uninterrupted time on each thing you do?

There is a great book called ‘Deep Work’ that really straitened me out.

Basically those who can focus and do difficult / complicated things will be valuable and successful. Those who are constantly distracted will have no chance to succeed in the coming future (and right now)

I’m gonna check that book out. In the past year I’ve found myself becoming more addicted to my phone without even realizing it! I’m sure many others are the same

To the OP- these guys are right. PE is a life long endevour my friend. Don’t feel bad if you have to put it on the back burner for a bit. When the time is right, you’ll be able to give your full commitment to it. You’ll know when this time comes
