PE Newbie Practice Question

I Have a sample question to ask,first of all now I start my 3 week and yesterday I was finish my practice and after 10 minutes I Ejaculatio,my question is if I was Ejaculatio after 10 minutes after my practice it’s will effect on it?,if yes how much
