Can’t wait till I can actually post a thread, So I can post my journey / progress, as well as asking help/advice from you guys.

Starting size: 5.0 inches bone pressed 4.3 inches girth.

Mid-Goal(would be happy with this) 7.0 inches 5.0 girth

End-Goal(9.0 inches 5.5 girth)

I’ll give everything to PE, like seriously anything to reach my goals. Hang 10 hours a day? So be it.

How many years/months would it take me to reach my goals? (if I only went for length, how long would it take roughly?)
I heard vac cup hanging is the best one for length gains, I was thinking of vac hanging, 6-10 hours a day, with a low to med weight, to gain length as fast as possible, Is this a good idea or no? ( I know that I can’t jump straight into 10 hours of hanging in a day, I’ll have to build it up so I don’t injure myself)

NOTE: I know that if you do vac hang you shouldn’t vac hang 10 hours at once, my plan is to take 5m breaks every 1 hour, for 6-10hours.

I also heard that if you hang to heavy it can make length gains harder to gain in the long run? Is this true? ( as in the girth and the tunica hardens making it harder to gain more length )

To reach my goal in the shortest span of time what would I need to do?

I heard that you should go purely for your length goal (if you need to gain LOT of length like me) because the more girth you have = the harder it is to gain length, as in you’ll need to hang heavier weights / and it’ll increase the chance of injury and blisters, etc..

Hey S2 B. Your goal is a tall order, it will taka alot of time and effort to get there, if you do. You will have to start out slowly, ( everybody recommends you to - for a good reason), start with the newbie routine/linear newbie routine is recommended for preparing your penis to a lot of work to come, and also start the prosess of growing. Many guys see the first 1/2-1 inch gain during the first year, although some guys report of smaller gains even after a longer period of work than that. It’s individual, every guy is different.

As I said, the first inch comes usually within a year, and any gain you get during that time, is called newbie gains, and those are the easiest ones. After that, the real effort to more gains begin. You have to think about this as a long time commitment. To gain two inches, ( as your mid goal), may take as much as 2-5-10 years, and your end goal - no one knows. There are very few who have reported that kind of gains, but you should be thankful for what ever gain you’ll get.

There’ s no easy fix, and you’ll have to realise that before you begin. Go slow, go safe without injury. It is so easy to overdo things and hurt yourself.

It is said by many, that one should go for length first, then girth, and I am following that principle. I have been doing this for many years - for the most part extending, and I did it for two years, clocking in over 2400 hours of extending, and gained 4 cm in length. Took a break that lasted for years, and came back and started over, and I’m seeing new gains - it’s fun. I have to say that during that time I extended on average 4 hours per day.

I have this year implemented some lite hanging, using light weigths - roughly 600 grams - and use a silicon sleeve underneath the «strap-thing» that I bought. I keep it on for hours, I do not use that heavy weigth that I have to strap too tight around my penis, so I am avoiding cutting off the bloodflow to the head of the penis.

As I said, I keep it on for hours, and I usually go for a long walk in the forrest with it all « hidden» in wide trousers. It is usually not many people walking in the forrest where I live, I have at the most met 4 people during a 3 hour walk. I bought from ebay, a kind of wide strap in black «leather» which has a metal ball ( 180 grams) attached to it - hanging in a metal ring in front, and I then went to Biltema and bought a «Zink anode» for propeller-axle for boats. A 30mm «anode» will clamp around the metal ball, and it weigh about 400 grams. Seek penis extenders on ebay, and you will find this strap/ball thing, it is cheap, and since it is a low weigth, you won’t be needing a vaccum cup, and you probably won’t have to take it off every hour either.

Start hanging ligth, do not start with 2-4 kg, but if you do, be sure to take short sessions ( 10-15 minutes) to avoid injury.

You should also start with manual stretching, upwards, downwards, to each side, and straigth out.
