PE Questions, going to start my PE journey soon.
Can’t wait till I can actually post a thread, So I can post my journey / progress, as well as asking help/advice from you guys.
Starting size: 5.0 inches bone pressed 4.3 inches girth.
Mid-Goal(would be happy with this) 7.0 inches 5.0 girth
End-Goal(9.0 inches 5.5 girth)
I’ll give everything to PE, like seriously anything to reach my goals. Hang 10 hours a day? So be it.
How many years/months would it take me to reach my goals? (if I only went for length, how long would it take roughly?)
I heard vac cup hanging is the best one for length gains, I was thinking of vac hanging, 6-10 hours a day, with a low to med weight, to gain length as fast as possible, Is this a good idea or no? ( I know that I can’t jump straight into 10 hours of hanging in a day, I’ll have to build it up so I don’t injure myself)
NOTE: I know that if you do vac hang you shouldn’t vac hang 10 hours at once, my plan is to take 5m breaks every 1 hour, for 6-10hours.
I also heard that if you hang to heavy it can make length gains harder to gain in the long run? Is this true? ( as in the girth and the tunica hardens making it harder to gain more length )
To reach my goal in the shortest span of time what would I need to do?
I heard that you should go purely for your length goal (if you need to gain LOT of length like me) because the more girth you have = the harder it is to gain length, as in you’ll need to hang heavier weights / and it’ll increase the chance of injury and blisters, etc..
