Pearly Penile Papules

Hello guys,

After some research I’ve found what the spots are called on my glans. It’s called: Pearly penile papules. I know there are lots of men who have the same. It’s completely normal, but I’ve noticed the spots, since I’ve been stretching. Could the stretching have affect this? Do you think that due to stretching the penile papules can increase?
