PEing makes healthier ejaculate?

I’m also told that PEing along with a well balance diet, lots of good clean fresh water and a healthy lifestyle makes for a healthier ejaculation. If that is correct and it sounds sensible is there any one component of the above that is more effected or do all parts of an ejaculate benefit?

I used to hear about something like this, but I never thought of the existence of that massive ingredient :D

When you live healthy, your ejaculation will become healthier too, just like the rest of your body. I guess that all parts of an ejaculate benefit from it.

Increasing blood flow is the most important way to create an better ejaculation. Make sure you do this in addition to things you mentioned above.

I thought the main benefit of PEing was to increase the strength and hardness of erections or am I thinking of kegeling?

You are correct, that is the main thing for several people but for many it is increasing the size and for me it is both ;) .
