PEing makes healthier ejaculate?
I’m told the average ejaculate contains ascorbic acid, blood-group antigens, calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, choline, citric acid, creatine, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), fructose, glutathione, hyaluronidase, inositol, lactic acid, nitrogen, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, purine, pyrimidine, pyruvic acid, sodium, sorbitol, spermidine, spermine, urea, uric acid, protein, enzymes, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc.
I’m also told that PEing along with a well balance diet, lots of good clean fresh water and a healthy lifestyle makes for a healthier ejaculation. If that is correct and it sounds sensible is there any one component of the above that is more effected or do all parts of an ejaculate benefit?
