PEing twice-day to make up for skipped day

If I miss a day (assuming I’m on the 2 on, 1 off, schedule), is it a bad idea to do it twice the next day, to make up for the missed session? Thanks.

That depends on what your routine is. If it’s the Newbie there shouldn’t be any harm in doing it twice, IMO.

Not to contradict westla since he has been here much longer, and I am sure knows much more than I do on these types of topics, but I read Bird2 (I think it was) say that there should be a sleep cycle between sessions.

I assume that would be for guys who are fairly new to the whole process. But I think that was referring to twice a day stretching or twice in a day jelqing, as opposed to splitting stretching and jelqing, which I have read is acceptable.

Or at least that is what I think I have read.

On my ON days, I split my routine into 2 session: morning jelq and evening stretch. During the day, I do wrap to keep my unit extended. I also do light and simple stretch or jelq whenever I pee, let my unit have a light workout all the time.

I do 5on/2off, I believe my unit grows during the 48 hours rest.

Looks like you have a good memory, you are correct I have said that on numerous occasions :) .

A sleep cycle is required to completely heal the penis. Also look that you won’t have any red spots the next morning. If that is the case, you can do your routine the next morning. In my opinion splitting the routine isn’t a problem, because you do other exercises with the penis, which target other parts of the penis. In a ideal world you wouldn’t split up your routine though, not even in a girth and length routine.

Yes, but not enough to completely recover. When you sleep the body heals you and will repair the damage you have done to your penis. During the day the body recovers the parts you won’t use, for instance your penis when you are at work (unless you bang your secretary :D ). But because the body does various other things, it won’t heal as good as a sleep cycle would.

Compare it to bodybuilding. When you workout your chest for instance in the morning, you won’t train it again in the evening because the chest muscles are tired. No, you would wait at least a day (read sleep cycle) and train it again then. The same happens to the penis, although the penis heals much quicker, fortunately. This means that daily PE is possible, as long as it is build up slowly :) .

Turned 19 last September.

I did a split routine early in my PE days when time was a factor I did like 25 minutes each time of mostly jelqing. I got very good results from this routine it also kept my dick plumped through the day. I may try it again someday.

shakeandbake asked about a one-time situation where he missed a workout. I doubt healing is a major problem if a routine is done twice in one day.

Which advice would be more acceptable: forget the missed workout or do it twice in one day and why? Your opinions?
