Pelvic Excercises and Penile Growth

I read that by doing pelvic excercises(lunges, squats, etc.) it can lead to penile growth after a few weeks.

Nope, I have not heard of that one, please explain.

It said that the excercises effect the tangets and ligaments around the penis area.

I think those exercises are excellent for maintaining optimum performance, but as for growth?

Do them as part of your PE program, and you will not have to buy Viagra.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

There was a thread a while back...

There was a thread a little while ago, I believe in the weightlifting section, that correlated squats and other heavy lifting to an increase release of testosterone. With the extra release of testosterone people saw increased gain.

This may be where you are getting that information. Search the threads in the fitness forum to find it. I believe Wadzilla may have had input into it, but I am not sure.

Going for 7.5X6, then 8.5X6.5, then who knows. Girth Brooks - "Didn't get any real gains until I started shutting my cock in a car door and then falling back."

It may sound stupid, but what would be the correct way to go about doing squats, as I’ve been thinking about doing them……….it’s been a while since I was at school and I’m getting them mixed up with these vicious things called burpies !?!?

Sup thunders’ bros,

Would this apply to lifting weights only? ( leg press, squats, leg extension, leg curl) Will an exercise of the lower body be helpful if it was cardiovascular also?

Peing since--November 2003

Squats

Hope that helps

Well I guess that any heavylifting increases testosterone levels,
its just that leg work increases blood supply to the groin.

I just started going back to the gym yesterday.. and am planning on starting on PE … today

The sweet thing is, that my pulse in my groin feels stronger than anywhere else than my body including my heart.

However, I was doing a completely insane routine, that even the genetic freaks and drug abusers would have probably lost muscle over…

Yesterdys routine .. didn’t cut it at all .. and with this sensible routine I can only do legs once a week….
ITS TORTURE!!!!
Many bodybuilders say that feeling a pump or getting sore, means nothing in muscle growth.. im not getting this pump anymore and that’s what got me addicted to weight training.. feeling a little sore just aint good enough pfftt…

~*~*MY POINT IS.*~*~
perhaps getting the pump is what is important, not lifting heavy weights.
In regards to increasing blood supply to the groin…
