Pelvic floor
Hie, I’m new to the forum. I been trying out PE for 2 months or so. Problem is it’s been on and off and I didn’t do too well in cementing the gains. I read up and found out what my problem was so that’s all good.
My question : I know that exercising the BC muscle is beneficial and all, I wanna know if it is alright to keep them tensed throughout the day. Does it affect penile growth in any way or is it not necessary.
