PeniMaster Pro Questions

I did PE probably over 5 years ago, but let it go because too time consuming. Just came back into it. I don’t think the PMP existed then. I have some questions for those that use it:

1. Is it industry average just to have overall terrible customer support? PMP doesn’t answer emails, also years ago Phallosan didn’t either. I mean they can’t be that busy.
2. It seems like PMP has discontinued large sluices? I am in the US, I only see 3rd overseas parties that have it in stock (they don’t ship to the US). On their official website, they tell you to buy product VPMP-011, which is the diaphragm. Completely different part. Which is odd.
3. Is it safe to have an erection in a PMP, doesn’t seem like it with the sluices being pretty tight.
4. I bought the PMP-004, was it suppose to come with the Hose Application System (ZPMP-002)
